Annual Christmas Toy Ride

Don't miss the Annual Christmas Toy Ride on December 15th. This ride to deliver toys for the Towns County Sheriff’s Office Empty Stocking Fund is the most heavily attended club event. Providing toys for children in the Hiawassee area is a long-standing tradition for the BMW Motorcycle Club. Let’s make this year another holiday to remember.
The Sheriff's Office has confirmed that the children we are helping range from infant to 12-years-old. Presents such as craft and art sets are very popular, along with dolls and sports equipment - the kind of gifts we have given in the past have been perfect. Please remember that all the gifts must be new and unwrapped, and that wrapping paper as a contribution is always welcome.

Join your fellow riders at either of these premier BMW dealers for the ride from the dealership to the Towns County Sheriff's office.

The western route leaving from BMW Motorcycles of Atlanta at 9:00 a.m. will go up I-575 to the Detention Center in Young Harris. There will be a gas stop at the Windy Ridge Conoco Station (4900 Appalachian Hwy, Blue Ridge, GA 3051) around 11:00 a.m.

The eastern route leaving from Hourglass Cycles will go up I-985 with a gas stop at the RaceTrac (
2410 Cornelia Hwy, Gainesville, GA 30501) around 9:30. This route should pass through Helen about 10:30 and go onto Young Harris.
