All,

I seem to have a Gremlin in my high beam circuit. Looking for help diagnosing. 

So far I have
1. Replaced the bulb with a Cyclops H4 7000 Led Replacement. Old bulb looks good. 
2. Pulled the switch off the handlebar, tried to get into it to spray contact cleaner on it, to clean the contacts. 
3. Pulled the lighting relay (I think) and tested on a 9v, it seems to be working. 

Would the load Relief relay prevent it from engaging high beam?
Does anyone have experience running gremlins like this down?
