Ride

new knee
James Greer

Yep, I gotta new one! This is my 2nd, as I had the other done a few years ago. Something about an 80 year old man, mountainous roads in Southern VA.

This one is doing fine! As it IS the most common surgery in the 'Mericas right now. A little iffy if your medical plan doesn't support

Voluntary Surgeries(which this IS NOT)...And getting a room while America still suffers thru the lingering pandemic.

But! 2 weeks ago, done, and done, now, I'm comfortably walking without can, doing PT every day, and looking forward to rearing that RT1250 out of the garage and back onto the highway!

See you soon!

James, many of us have had surgeries and joint problems and we know of what you speak. You understand when I say that being forced off my RT for a period of weeks (or for several months in three of my cases) was painful in its own right. However, using that m/c as a strong motivator and most likely an integral part of our rehab was a true gift!

It is great that you had a good recovery! I hope it continues and you are able to get back to riding again.
