With all fuses good, if the motor is not cranking then the issue is starter motor related.
If there's no significant clunk type noise from the starter motor when you hit the starter button then the starter motor solenoid is either faulty or is not getting energized.
The starter motor solenoid is energized via a relay located under the gas tank. It may be that relay making the click you report when the you hit the starter button (should be light metalic click).
Even if you hear a click for this relay it may be faulty, but it's easy to check with a multimeter or test light. If that's beyond your electical troubleshooting skills then you either need to find someone who can do this for you, or just start replacing parts, in the hope that the iussue is a component failure and not a something wrong in the wiring, until you solve the problem.
The under tank relay is easy and inexpensive to replace. Starter motor and related solenoid is more wrenching and more expense.
