Apex Cycle Shop reviews

Joie,

I'm glad you received a new unit. It will definitely be a better Nav VI unit than the one you had originally.

I, too, found that Garmin Support was responsive when my Nav VI went bad a year ago. I knew mine was a common problem as Garmin transferred me internally to : BMW Nav VI Support.. I am glad the warranty period is a relatively long one and that they stepped up to the plate when I needed a full replacement.

Hello Sam. Welcome to the club.

I do not have any experience with Apex Cycle Shop. However, with regard to the navigation system issues, if you have not already done so, you may want to address the navigation system issues directly with the vendor's technical support. I think it is best to start with the GPS vendor, particularly if it is under warranty. A cycle shop may be able to provide some advice, but will probably refer you to the GPS vendor for any significant issues.

I have a Garman Nav VI that recently developed problems. I was impressed with Garman technical support and I have talked with others who also recommended Garman support. Garman was very responsive and competent. They quickly mailed me a new unit, even before I returned the old one. My unit was still under warranty.

Hi members,

I have recently joined this group after purchasing my first BMW four months ago. I purchased a 2017 R1200RT and absolutely enjoy it. I am in need of new tires and a shop to diagnose a navigation system issue. I am aware of Wooley's BMW in Marietta, but wondered if anyone here has evered used Apex Cycle Shop in Norcross (closer to where I live) and had any opinions (good or bad) about their experience. Thanks in advance!

Sam
