This year’s ride will be on December 10. We will meet at Wooly's Cycles, 1581 Cobb Pkwy SE, in Marietta at 9:00 a.m. Kickstands up at 9:30 a.m.. Wooly's will provide coffee and snacks before the ride. We will take a rest stop at the Conoco station in Blue Ridge. at 4900 Appalachian Hwy for any who would like to meet us there at approximately 10:30 a.m.. Our ride will then continue to the Towns County Food Pantry, 1294 Jack Dayton Circle in Hiawassee.
Let's make Christmas a little brighter for those in need in Towns County. The Club will make a donation of toys, but we really need your help as well. You can donate toys by dropping them off at Wooly’s Cycles anytime before December 10 or you can take them with you on the day of the ride. Or, if you want to donate cash, you can use Zelle through your bank to send cash directly to the BMW Club by sending it to the email treasurer@bmwmcoga.org. The Club will use cash donations to purchase toys before the ride. The Food Pantry recommends bicycles, books, art supplies and science kits. Please remember little girls as well! In the past we have stressed winter clothing like coats, gloves and socks. .
This is one of our most important group events. We hope you can come along. It’s been a tough couple of years for a lot of our neighbors. Let’s bring a little joy to this community!
